8 Ингредиентов
На 150-250г соуса( взависимости от выбранной консистенции):
Листья свежего базилика
80гр.
Кедровые орешки
20-30гр.
Чеснок
1-2 зубчика
Пармезан тертый
30гр.
Сок 1/2 лимона
Соль по вкусу
Растительное масло или смесь масел (оливковое, подсолнечное, кукурузное)
Соус Песто
15 минут
1) Поместите все ингредиенты в чашу блендера и измельчите до однородного состояния.

2) По вкусу добавьте соль и сок лимона или лайма.

3) Консистенцию регулируйте количеством масла.

Этот соус хорошо хранится в холодильнике (3-6 дней). Его можно использовать как добавку к уже готовым блюдам, так и в приготовлении пасты, пиццы, ризотто, к брускеттам, салатам, горячим закускам.
