Фокачча с красным луком и розмарином
5 Ингредиентов
На 2 фокаччи потребуется:
вода
250мл
сахар
1ст.л.
оливковое масло
6ст.л.
дрожжи сухие
1 пачка
Фокачча с красным луком и розмарином
40 минут
1) Растворить в теплой воде половину сахара и дрожжи. Оставить до активации на 10 минут.

2) В муку добавить половину соли, влить воду с дрожжами. Вымешивать, под конец добавить половину оливкового масла. Вымесить тесто. Дать хорошо подняться.

3) Лук нарезать перьями, смешать с сахаром, солью, оливковым маслом и листиками розмарина.

4) Тесто еще раз помять смазанными маслом руками. Раскатать, сформировать 2 лепешки. Положить их в формы или на противень. Дать еще раз подняться.

5) Распределить по лепешкам лук с розмарином, сдулать пальцами углубления в тесте. Выпекать при 200 градусах 30 минут.
