Яйцо пашот с пюре из зеленого горошка
7 Ингредиентов
круглая булочка цельнозерновая
1шт.
яйцо
1шт.
уксус
1ст.л.
соль, перец по вкусу
зеленый горошек
80гр.
сливки
40мл
оливковое масло
Яйцо пашот с пюре из зеленого горошка
10 минут
Ингредиенты написаны для 1 порции.

1) Отварить горошек 2-3 минуты, остудить в холодной воде, слить воду. Измельчить блендером со сливками, посолить по вкусу. Для нежности, пюре протрите через сито. 

2) В несильно кипящей подсоленной воде с уксусом венчиком сделайте воронку. В нее опустите заранее подготовленное яйцо без скорлупы с неповрежденным желтком. Варить 2-3 минуты, вытащить яйцо. Перед подачей дать обсохнуть.

3) Булочку разрезать, подсушить на гриле или в духовке. Выложить на хлеб пюре из горошка, затем яйцо пашот, посолить, поперчить, сбрызнуть оливковым маслом.
